What is Rice Meal?
Rice Meal is the grounded form of Indian Boiled Rice and Indian Raw Rice of Grade–1. The grinding process is executed with the most advanced Jet Grinding System available in the world. During the value addition process, the raw material passes through various stages of production, ensuring the best-in-class final product. During the production process, the moisture content is reduced to below 10%, making the Rice Meal highly suitable for use in high-precision feed production.
Raw materials with less moisture content are more viable for overall feed performance, with minimal chances of fungal growth, thus maintaining product quality and freshness during long storage and shipment.
Why we supply Rice in Processed Form?
It is to ensure the quality assurance of the product. Generally, rice is procured from different parts of India and transported to the nearest port. Random quality checks are done; however, there are ample chances of defective rice being mixed into international cargo by domestic suppliers — leading to disputes between the buyer and the seller.
To prevent such issues, Yembroos® processes the rice internally under controlled quality conditions, ensuring consistent performance and purity in every shipment.
How do we supply Rice Meal to our Global Buyers?
We procure Grade–1 Rice from select regions across India and transport it by rail and road to our production site at Thrissur. There, initial random sampling and basic lab analysis are conducted to check quality.
The whole rice is then grounded in sophisticated feed mills, ensuring quality control and uniform particle size in every bag. Substandard rice is rejected and returned to the suppliers, while only the best quality rice is processed for final supply.
This entire value addition process guarantees a ready-to-use feed raw material, free from contamination, uniform in quality, and suitable for direct use in animal and poultry feeding or feed manufacturing.

General Information
Each pack of Yembroos® Rice Meal weighs 39 kilograms. The product is branded under YEMBROOS®, supplied on a unit basis per 39-kg pack, and produced with a daily manufacturing capacity of 650 metric tons. Factory visits are not permitted.
Fumigation is carried out using Aluminum Phosphide or Methyl Bromide according to buyer specifications. Analytical testing follows IS:2052 proximate analysis standards. The entire production process ensures a consistent, contamination-free, and export-grade feed ingredient.
For Domestic Buyers
For Indian buyers, Yembroos® Rice Meal is packed in milky white polypropylene bags and offered on an ex-factory price basis. Payment is accepted 100% in advance via bank transfer, cheque, RTGS, NEFT, or cash. For interstate transactions, a valid GST number is mandatory, while no additional taxes are applicable.
Truck loading capacity varies depending on transport tonnage — 17 MT carries 340 bags, 21 MT carries 420 bags, 25 MT carries 500 bags, and 28 MT carries 560 bags. Minimum order quantities are flexible and depend on buyer requirements and material availability. Buyer branding options are available for bulk orders, provided the buyer supplies their own packing material.
For Overseas Buyers
For export markets, Yembroos® offers inner packaging in 75-micron LDPE liners (optional upon request), enclosed within polypropylene outer bags for durability and moisture protection. Pricing is quoted either on a CIF destination port basis or for delivery to the nearest Indian transit port.
All payments must be made 100% via bank wire transfer only, and the company does not accept letters of credit (LCs) or standby letters of credit (SBLCs) of any nature. Terms of trade are finalized on a mutually agreeable basis.
