How We Source & Process Moringa Pellets
We procure fresh Moringa leaves from contracted farms in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Maharashtra. Upon arrival at our production facility in Thrissur, Kerala, the leaves are:
Inspected and tested for microbial contamination and nutrient profile
Hygienically dried using solar tunnel dryers and hot air dehydration systems
Milled into powder and then pelletized using feed-grade machines (6 mm / 8 mm dies)
Screened, cooled, and packed under zero-contamination conditions
