Raw barley is procured from multiple sourcing regions and transported to our production facility in Thrissur via rail and road. Upon arrival, random sampling and laboratory analysis are conducted to evaluate grain quality. Only those lots that meet our internal quality benchmarks are processed through advanced milling systems. Sub-standard material is rejected and returned to suppliers.
