Our Production and Supply Process

We source Grade-1 Wheat from reputed suppliers across India and transport it to our modern feed processing facility in Thrissur through rail and road logistics. Upon arrival, random sampling and laboratory analysis are conducted to verify grain quality.

Only wheat that meets our quality benchmarks is approved for grinding. Using state-of-the-art feed milling systems, we produce coarse-ground Wheat Meal with uniform particle size and balanced nutritional properties.

Ingredients & Composition:
Yembroos® Wheat Meal is produced from high-quality Indian Wheat, carefully selected and processed to deliver consistent feed-grade quality. The ingredient profile is 100% vegetarian, ensuring suitability for all types of livestock and poultry. The product is supplied in coarse mash form, with a maximum moisture content of 10%, providing longer shelf life and resistance to fungal growth.

Product Branding & Packaging:
Each pack of Yembroos Wheat Meal carries the Yembroos® brand name, packed in 39 kg bags on a unit basis. The outer packing consists of milky white polypropylene bags, ensuring protection during handling and transport. The product is available on Ex-Factory Basis for domestic buyers and on CIF or Delivery Basis for international buyers.

Production & Quality:
With a production capacity of 650 metric tons per day, Yembroos ensures timely delivery and consistent supply for both domestic and overseas markets. The factory visit is not permissible. The product undergoes fumigation with Aluminum Phosphide or Methyl Bromide, or any treatment as per buyer specifications. Laboratory testing and quality validation are conducted following IS:2052 – Proximate Analysis on Dry Matter Basis, ensuring compliance with animal feed standards.

For Domestic Buyers:
Yembroos Wheat Meal is supplied in milky white polypropylene bags on an Ex-Factory basis, with 100% advance payment accepted through bank transfer (RTGS/NEFT/Cheque). For interstate transactions, a valid GST number is mandatory. Truck loading capacities are as follows: 17 MT (440 bags), 21 MT (540 bags), 25 MT (645 bags), and 28 MT (720 bags). The minimum order quantity depends on buyer requirements and product availability. Buyer branding is available for bulk orders, provided the buyer arranges their own packing material.

For Overseas Buyers:
For export orders, Yembroos Wheat Meal is packed with an optional low-density polyethylene inner liner (75 micron) on demand, enclosed within an outer polypropylene bag. Shipments are offered on a CIF destination port basis or delivery basis to the nearest transit port. All export payments are accepted through 100% wire transfer only; letters of credit (L/C) or standby letters of credit (SBLC) are not accepted. Trade terms are set on a mutually agreeable basis. Each 20’ FCL container is stuffed with 600 bags of 39 kg each, totaling 23.4 metric tons per shipment. The minimum export order quantity is one full 20’ FCL or 600 bags.
